Relationship & Premarital Counseling
for adults, couples, and families who want to reconnect and move forward together.
Serving clients in Dallas-Fort Worth and throughout Texas

Our relationships influence every area of our lives.
When we feel fulfilled and connected to those close to us, we are more joyful, more productive, and more at ease. When we don’t—when our relationships are caught in cycles of conflict, insecurity, or disconnection—nothing else feels quite right either.
Can You Relate?
Desiring to set your future marriage up for success
Wanting to reduce conflict while still honoring your differences
Noticing patterns that you’re not sure how to change
Realizing you haven’t had strong role models of a healthy relationship
Feeling like you aren’t heard or understood by your partner or family members

I’m Daphne.
I believe that a greater sense of connection, hope, and joy is possible for you and the people you love.
Whether you’re a soon-to-be-married couple or a multi-generational family, my approach to therapy is grounded in meeting each of you right where you are today. This is somewhere your voice will be heard and your unique experiences will be honored.
Therapy with me is guided by what you need and the kind of relationship you want…and then working through the questions, conversations, and healing moments that will get you there.

I will help you learn how to be true to yourself while connecting & staying connected to others.
Individuals
For adults who are single or wish to gain insight into how they show up in their relationships.
Couples
For engaged & married couples looking to invest in the health of their marriage, family, & themselves.
Families
For families of all sizes who want to repair old wounds, manage conflict, and restore connection.

I get it: opening up and being vulnerable can be uncomfortable.
My goal is to make this process as simple, safe, and easy to understand as possible.
Schedule a free consultation to get your questions answered and decide if we’re a good fit.
If we are, we’ll schedule our first appointment. From there, we’ll begin setting intentions for our work as well as scheduling meetings individually, as a couple, or as a family, if needed.
We’ll set goals for our time together and I’ll be there to support each of you every step of the way.
“The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.”
